neuschwanstein castle, germany and Innsbruck, Austria
A very beautiful castle located on top of a very picturesque hill. Built for King Ludwig II but he didn't live long enough to see it completed. King Ludwig and his parents lived at the yellow castle on top of a lower hill. The designer of the castle in the Disney symbol was inspired by this castle. The view around the castle from the hill was very breathtaking.
Innsbruck, on the other hand, is a beautiful city surrounded by mountains. Apart from the scenic surrounding, there was nothing much to see besides the golden rooftop where the king used to address his subjects from.
